Picture yourself laying on the back of a surfboard, with your legs on either side of it and you can slide back and forth! It probably has other names, but that's how it was described to me when I asked the question in response to someone elses review a long time ago. It's kind of like lazy K9, except for maybe the leg position. Whatever you call it - I enjoyed it!
