Did he ever come up with evidence to back up his accusations of you in that other thread he was 'challenged' on?

Nope, but .... even though my life will not be "short" ...
.... I still will not hold any grudges ... they get tiring to nurture.
We all need to try to get along, because after we surgically remove the tumor festering in the White House, there will be some healing to do.

How quickly you seem to forget. The tumor that festured in the White House for 8 years, finally left office on January 20, 2009.

To quote an old friend of mine: "Infection will out"!
See, I thought BT was sincere, and I took him at face value, for a moment. But it is apparent why he supported, and continues to support, Obaminable ... they are woven from the same two-faced cloth.
BT, I was being sincere about the past, I was speaking of the present.
I was hoping you would quit drinking that Lake Austin "tea" ...
..... but I guess not.
Speaking of the City of Austin, and history .... and the thread topic....
BT, have you yet had the opportunity to brush up on the law enforcement history out of Austin .... and their role in keeping Texas safe ...
1. Ben Thompson
2. Texas Rangers (the first LE agency in the United States).

Irrelevant. The guy who gets elected is the one who plays the political game best. Doesn't matter which side of the aisle holds his loyalties.
(And this "socialist" stuff is silly. Politicians both left and right support socialism to some degree, with the possible exception of Ron Paul. And the American public generally wants at least some socialistic policies, as long as they're not labelled as such.)

Is this why the Good Sheriff gets elected?
He played the "political game best"?

BTW, there were polls that claimed if an election had been held during Dub's time in office, Clinton would have beaten GW quite handily.
Did those polls make Clinton the President? Not any more so than similar polls would make "the most unpopular (and incompetent) President in modern history" POTUS today!
MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!
