Since this has been open for a while, I'll jump in.

I think piercings are an addition that varies as much as the women themselves. I've had good BBBJ without a piercing and bad with. The one lady I've had it from both ways wasn't "better" with the piercing - just different (both very good). Take it for what it's worth.
