Stiffy, I don't know what actually triggered the reaction--it's a he-said/she-said situation-- but something did and unfortunately for you, that's just the way the cookie crumbles. These ladies, understandably, stay on hi-alert --especially when meeting a nOObie for the first time-- so if anything happens to set-off an alarm, you can best believe that there ain't going to be a happy ending.
Whether you feel that you did or didn't do anything to set-off her alarm or to justify her reaction doesn't really matter at this point because either party has the right to pull the plug on a date at ANY time and for ANY reason whenever they don't feel comfortable.
Better luck next time and thanks for sharing.
