Well, I'd post a photo of my twat, but would that be questionable taste in this application?
Would you eat deep-fried tarantula and other creepy crawlers? Crunchy-coated guinea pigs?
 http://www.thetravelword.com/2010/10...cquired-taste/
A common sight in Thailand's Bangkok markets, this deep-fried insect food stall sells locusts, bamboo worms, moth larvae, crickets, scorpions, diving beetles and giant water beetles.
Peruvians eat approximately 22 million of these cuddly guinea pigs each year. High in protein and low in fat, the healthy meat apparently tastes a bit like rabbit. |

Ooops, sorry! I was typing while that post was going up. Yes, I've had boudin and a good one is quite tasty. I grew up in the desert, so of course I've had rattlesnake. The meat does taste a wee bit like dry chicken. I didn't care for it.Quote:

Here's a horrible one, with a recipe. Would you eat....
http://www.theoldfoodie.com/2006/04/dog-for-dinner.html
  Stir-Fried Dog with Coconut Milk.
1 lb haunch, cut into bite-sized pieces
 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
2 small green chilies, seeded and sliced
 4-6 mushrooms, sliced
 1 cup coconut milk
 5 tablespoons peanut oil
 2 tablespoons soy sauce
 2 tablespoons fresh ginger, chopped
 1 teaspoon ground cumin seed
1 teaspoon cornflour (mixed with water to form a paste)
 salt and pepper to taste
 fresh mint leaves
Be mindful that ANYONE who answers "yes" to this will get struck off my list for LIFE as someone I'd eat. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr! (Chihuahua pack snarling.)

I've eaten more of those previously listed than I care to admit. I don't do insects though.
How about Turtle Soup?

Turtle soup with sherry is fine, preferably not one of the Teenage Mutant Ninjas in deference to my young niece and nephew. However, I'd eat tarantulas, scorpions, chicken heads, pig testicles, eel eyes, hell, BBQ-ed human rump roast before I'd eat dog.
