Depending on the manner in which the advertisement is being flagged, the posting pattern of the advertiser in question and the number of ads the advertiser currently has active, Backpage's algorithm may actually IGNORE the reports - especially since they are all being "generated" from a common geographical area. Also, the reports are prioritized by computer and then examined in order of importance and relevance - so not only may the reports be ignored by automation and not forwarded to a real person, there may not be staff available to act upon them even if they were queued for said examination.
Grace, you may find your cause better served by sending an email to Backpage and subsequently supporting your position with a detailed explanation - and possibly even bolster your claim by offering them evidence in the form of additional images from the same series, etc. In most instances, Backpage will leave the advertisement in question active but remove the images that are being disputed. However, the advertiser may be persistent and simply post another ad . . . Of course, it may be Tuesday before you get a response, accounting for the deluge of email from the long weekend that they may be faced with on Monday morning.
