Even worse, he made the comments in 2023, following a mass shooting at the Covenant School in Nashville, Tennessee.

you only posted the part you wanted to, not the whole discussion and the rest of his statement. his entire statement brings a much different meaning than this tidbit

I posted a link that covered his whole statement back in post #9. It means what it means to who reads it, even if they read it differently than you or I

honestly, we see your hatred, that wont change but at least be honest when posting instead of posting little parts of a conversation that completely changes what is meant.

first off, i was replying to rmg's post and he only posted a tidbit of the entire discussion which changes the perception entirely
secondly, yes you posted the entire statement which gives more resoning to that quote but again my reply post was not to your post, but to rmg

Wow. That’s off the charts manipulation. I’ve watched a bunch of Kirk’s campus videos, he comes across as the least hateful man on the planet, a guy you’d let babysit your kids. Smart too, sharp as a tack way beyond his years, able to keep his cool, be polite and respectful even when getting some pretty vile shit slung at him. People may not agree with his positions on things, but he was anything but hateful.

It changes your perception. It forms your reality. Others see a different message and a different meaning

I'm not going to take credit for being right just yet but the more that comes out the more it seems the shooter had a specific beef with Charlie Kirk, his brand of politics and his shtick. Felt Kirk was full of hate
Let's wait just a bit longer

Why does it matter?
Wait for what?
Another Trantifa warrior who killed a Conservative over imaginary offenses.
Congratulations.

Cox added that the same relative had mentioned a recent dinner conversation where Robinson criticised Kirk and his upcoming Utah visit, saying, "Kirk is full of hate and spreading hate."
|
Now he responded to that hate with a hateful action, which is reprehensible. Put the antifa part aside. What you feel about what you think his politics are.
Does he appear to be a man who's passions were enflamed by Kirk's rhetoric?
That's not asking if or implying that it was Charlie's fault. That's not victim shaming. We don't have a manifesto, but I'm sure we'll get more of the psychology. Find out more about the triggers and responses.

Doesn’t mean that we’re going to be having a kumbaya moment here but a lack of empathy just leads to more hatred and violence. That’s something that the country doesn’t want or need.
|
Fair point, but I'd wager the kids will grow up to be better people without his influence in their lives. The country also doesn't want or need a Charlie Kirk 2.0

Maybe the fairest point.
I guess I can find a modicum of sympathy for his family, but fuck Charlie Kirk. He did nothing but spew hateful arrogance and racism. Good riddance.
