Even someone like me who has friends in high places gets cancelled.
With that said, they always end up giving me free sessions because I'm so hot and rub shoulders with top brass.
Cheers and be safe!

Girl, I just busted a client in a LIE. A weekend lineup traveling girl advertised and 25 minutes later I get an pm about his emergent rush to the hospital with one of his parents. LOLOL.. ahhh,
Cancelations, nc/ns have increased in the last few years. I have had to cancel myself at times, but the blatant disregard for my time infuriates me. There are times when I read our boards and shake my head as I know exactly who the op is writing about.
Cancelation policies are ok to have but hard to enforce. The only way to truly cut this shit out is if providers band together and share each time there is a "suspect" cancel. Especially those that are within 1 hour or blatant nc/ns.
Hotels are stupid expensive and yet we are chagrined for wanting to give ourselves a raise. Please, I am still laughing about the cancel for today. I haven't had enough coffee to be pissed, but I have no doubt in his mind he was thinking, "Well, Jazz is back in Wichita now, but this girl is traveling through "
ah, well.
$tay $afe,
Jazz

I don't know why people feel the need to tell lies when they have to cancel. I've heard everything from mother is sick, or dying, pet is sick or dying, children are sick, car trouble, hotel trouble, etc. When a someone needs to cancel, just give notice and cancel. Its no one's business why a person needs to cancel. I had a provider cancel on me twice a few months apart, the reason both times was had to go to mom's funeral. Needless to say, she didn't get an opportunity to cancel a third time. If you're going to lie, at least get some original lies to tell.

My cancellation policy goes something like this...
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made without at least 12 hours notice will be charged 50% of the fee for the scheduled time, if notice is less than 6 hours, 100% of the fee for the scheduled time will be charged.
I've had Guys gift me the points in p411 points, (which is awesome)I've had Guys western union the money and some send various other ways. Sometimes if you treat people with respect they treat you the same. And some guys actually understand the cancellation policy and us requiring them. Plus some guys feel bad about cancelling. I don't hold grudges. I'm just here to make some money, pay my bills and have a little fun along the way. Follow my rules and we're good to go! Plus I'm easy to get along with and most guys don't mind paying the fees to stay in good graces. Of course there will always be those few that don't pay but oh well, that's just part of the biz!

MY early days in the hobby I fucked up a few times and cancelled within that 24 hr period...but never ncns.
Now days..
Ive had dates where I cancelled 24 hrs or more in advance and I felt so bad I went by their hotel quickly just to give them a bit of money to apologize...

as it does us hobbyists! i was nc/ns by a provider just last week as well as several other hobbyists by same provider on the same day!
i have gotten no pm as of yet or apology for the nc/ns and too my knowledge neither has any of the others!
it is funny though how a thread was put in the ml asking questions and low and behold white knights from where she hailed from conveniently stumbled upon said thread and came too her defense of how she would never without extenuating circumstance!
mods i hope that's allowed considering no real info from the lounge was described in detail. if not i guess i will take my points and or warning or both and move on!
just like i did from this young lady my time and money are valuable as well you get one shot to impress me! to be quite honest its not very impressive when im a +11 on p411 and a day and time was set only to hear crickets the day before the appointment and the day of either through text or pm that's just flat out poor tcb ijs!
(EDIT. and for the record said provider has logged onto either eccie or p411 almost daily since! end edit)

If I were to cancel on a woman with less than 24 hours and she wanted me to pay a fee to see her after I would never see her again. For all the bitching and moaning about guys ncns recently it is certainly rampant by women too. Including the "respected" girls. I don't know how many times I have had a girl lie about family emergencies, cell phone problems, car problems, health problems, etc. Honestly I don't care even when it is clear they are lying by what they say, that they get a review for that day they were sick, that they didn't see my messages even though they show read on here or p411.
The most appropriate thing is to mention it in a private area where others have a chance to comment if they had similar problems. If it is rare get over it. If it is a problem, you will hear from others.
Honestly I think poorly of an escort bringing her professional problems to the open. Once or twice I understand because shit happens and we vent. But to come on this board over and over to bitch about guys shows me you lack professionalism and maybe discretion. We are all adults so if your way to deal with problem clients is to complain here in a passive aggressiveness way I truly don't care if you get ncns. You are not learning to screen properly if you have thread after thread of complaints about guys. Anyone and everyone will be a victim at some point, but at some point if things happen over and over be an adult and look for what you can do to get the trash out.

Who cares what they have to say after a NCNS, it's probably a lie anyways. I don't understand why some guys give leeway if a provider calls AFTER a NCNS with her lies. Whay can't she lie before hand to give you a heads up. A cancellation is a lot better than a NCNS. To me, a NCNS is a NCNS and the lies that follow 24 to 48rhs later don't alleviate that.

I had appointment set up last week (local) which I tend to stay away from for the following reasons...Was at location waited for an hour. She then pm'd me back and wanted to reschedule, she explained she got way busy in her real job. I understood and tried again this week, but no response back when I gave her a time after she asked for a time. I understand things happen on both sides. I actually had a provider comp me a session a few months back when she had just totally forgot to cancel with me when she decided not to travel to KC. Don't ask who cause I promised her I would not reveal her handle, let's just say she made it up just as the guys should. Bad refs also come about due to NCNS, I have had providers inform me it is extremely hard in KC to get quality refs just because of the NCNS.

I agree 100%. If I were to have an emergency and didn't call/text to cancel an appointment with any of my clients, I would be fired.

After having seen over 30+ providers through p411/eccie over the time of a bit of more than one year, I could proudly say that I have never cancelled on any appointments by far

agree with you Fsn57. I don't feel like a provider owes me an elaborate story on why they have to cancel. I respect it and move on. I have cancelled a couple of times, both times because I was getting sick and both e providers respected me for caring enough to not ruin their schedule by seeing them sick and passing on the germs. I do appreciate a provider giving a discount or making me a priority to see on their next visit to town. I also try to tell a provider to just pencil me in as a guaranteed appointment next time they are in town when I cancel. Respect between clients and providers goes a hell of a long way!

I agree. If the provider is going to want 50% or 100% for a cancellation, they should also offer a discount when they do it too. The respect thing goes both ways and like you said if everyone respects each other it will go a long way.
I have never cancelled an appointment (knock on wood here) or NCNS any provider ever, and hope I never have to. I had a traveling provider NCNS after setting up an appointment 2 days in advanced, and she said she would call me the morning of appointment. Well she never called and I messaged several times and then went to the area she was supposed to be, and still she never called. Finally got an email trying to schedule later, but nothing about discount or really being sorry about her mistake. Wasted time and money and it was impossible to find another provider for close to same time. It is not always easy to find just another provider on short notice. Providers I would think have multiple clients trying to get appointments. If they try to get one of them to take the place of the cancellation they might already have another one set up or be busy. Cancellations and NCNS are not easy for either of us so if the parties involved could work something out that would benefit both of them why not try. Everyone deserves a second chance.
