Lauren's right, but I think this goes a little deeper with the poster. I don't know the OP but it seems his issue is the lack of compliance in response - or at least a "timely" response.
I mean, seriously, who doesn't look at their phone at least once an hour? And if you are "off on the weekends," then deactivate your showcase ad for the time period. Just because you have a yard sale once a month at your house doesn't mean you should leave the yard sign out 365 days a year.
Bottom line is that it shouldn't matter at all who you are or not...if somebody contacts a provider requesting an appointment, the provider should respond in some manner. I mean even a "fuckoff fucktard" is better than no response at all. It's professional courtesy. And with those new damn apps on the iphone that actual tell you when somebody reads your text - or reads the texts above and below yours - or says yours was read but deleted...and no response... One of these days that kind of shit is gonna set one of the John Hinkley's off and the results will be splashed all over the damn news.
Just be professional and respond. Why is that too hard to ask and or expect?
