ABQ is retiring and leaving the building

ABQ -- you know I absolutely love you. What is interesting about you is that with every post you write on this board, the hilarious narcissism comes out when you go on multi-paragraphs tangents documenting the importance/significance of the ongoings of your "average" day. You turn a gas station debacle into an "orgasm" which usually involves a bleached blonde soccer mom and her mini-van. Then....your cheeto-addiction!?!? Where do I start? I honestly wish you would consider making the character of ABQ into a comedy series as it would surely be a hit. I am thinking HBO, Showtime...maybe FX.

Also, many of you on the board may have connected the dots... ABQ is retiring...................... .............................. ......I am retiring...................... ....................the word "wedding" comes to mind.......................the reason why I am retiring is because ABQ stole my heart. He is my best friend and such a gentleman in every aspect - I will leave it at that. Now, we have decided that a.) he will plan our wedding b.) there will be cheetos bouquets everywhere c.) tequila shots on the house d.) the song "lean like a cholo" will be our official wedding anthem. Of course, Heisenberg, Tuco, Skinny Pete, Gus Fring, Crazy 8 and Jesse P will all have front-row seats. Wait, we can not forget "hector".....he will certainly bring the "ding ding ding" at our official champagne/tequila shot toast! Wait, we forgot Saul G. Lastly, our vows will all be exchanged in Shakespearean iambic pentameter with an "urban slang".

Now that I have caught your undivided attention -- I just wanted to thank everyone who I have met on these boards for an awesome ride --- man what a ride it was!

You know what. I think you are right I need to get in touch with Showtime or HBO. And tell them "Think Seinfeld but on crack." This aint no PG rated show.

In terms of wedding I know a guy who knows a guy who knows another guy that can cater Los Pollos Hermanos. Heisenberg said he will only come if he can wear his black hat through out the ceremony and reception. And he also has one other request. He will not come unless everyone in attendance one by one says his name. So of course he wants to be the usher.

Heisenberg: Say my name?
Guest: What?
Heisenberg: What is my name? He snarls as he says this.
Guest; What?
Heisenberg: You know who I am don't you. DONT YOU!!!!!!
Guest: "Yes" in a low voice

It took me a while to figure out how to respond to this.

At first I was upset but you knew that when I called you within minutes of you posting this lol. Then I was sad. But I finally felt relief that even though you were no longer going to be on the board we would continue our friendship regardless of the hobby.

You've definitely left a huge empty spot on the board that will take some time to fill. The laughter you've brought us, the friendships you've helped form, the friendships you've made, and the comfort you've given will never be forgotten by those who's lives you've touched.

This board will miss you very much.
