my 45th birthday is in December. I am getting myself an augmentation .. my question is who is the best augmentation doctor around and also I've heard of new procedures where they remove fat deposits from any part of your body and transfer them to your breast if I would want to do that instead. it's pretty much going to be a done deal just asking who's the best ?where is the best? what's the best.. LOL do tell OXOXOXXX

I took a quick look at your showcase. Why do you feel the need for surgery? You look great. I mean if your looking to offer specials as part of a fund raising drive don't let me stop you. You have several reviews all of them yes and not one know. Don't let those self-esteem peddlers tamper with a perfect good body.

Be prepared to live with back pain for the rest of your life. I dont even know what it feels like to wake up normal--without any back pain! The healing process will have you in tears as well and you can kiss laying on your stomach goodbye lol. I think mine look great but I wouldn't be too upset if I went back to being natural. I will say, I have an excellent doctor!! He is the BEST here in Wichita.

The two best sets of implants I had my hands on were done by Quinn (out on Metcalf past 119 I think). Teardrop I think.

Second best was by Bortnick. Round I think.

Bear in mind that these were done many years ago and there may be newer/younger docs that are excellent.

Do NOT go with a doc whose prices are the cheapest. One ex escort did and hers weren't so hot. They were ok but should have been better.

A couple of girls from Wichita I knew and went into the porn business went to someone in Oklahoma City but I cannot remember his name.

Remember on implants--the current shape of your breasts will matter, the shape of the implant you choose, the size of the implant, the amount the implant is filled or overfilled and the skill of the surgeon. Also discuss nipple placement with him. You want your nipples centered straight ahead (not off to the sides nor pointing to the ground).

I think you can get saline or silicone now. I have only had saline and they were fine with me but supposedly silicone is better.

The best results were with younger women who had no breasts or very small breasts to start and what was there had not already sagged and was in good shape. Plastic docs don't give your breasts the equivalent of a face life if you have large breasts that have sagged and drooped following childbirth or old age. They just fill them out with the filled implant. They will often look the same just bigger. They will still be saggy just bigger and firmer but still droopy.

One older ex girlfriend wanted it done to give her some cleavage. She had very small breasts and the implants worked well with her and both of us were very pleased.

Also, tend to trust the doc when he gives you a recommended size for the implant. All the girls said they were happy with his recommendation even though they might have gone smaller.

Also, do some porn searches and find girls with implants that you like and bring pics of those breasts with you to discuss. Ask the doc if he can make your breasts look like the pics you brought in and, if not, why not, and what will yours look like. If you have concerns about outcome, get his promises in writing.

I remember that Quinn's nurse gives you a bra to put wear and gives you various sizes of filled implants to put in the bra so you get some idea of the size. This helped a little but not completely.

I understand that some big city docs now have a computer program that takes a photo of you and shows how you will look with various implants. You might check this out.

thank you very much for all the input and info. I like to hear as much information as I can to make an adequate decision. Gemma, I had definitely heard about the extreme pain but im a belly sleeper so I definitely need to think about that.. I'm thinking for me being as petite as I am C is actually my desire. but I do agree that using the prototype 2 see the difference in how I'm going to feel size wise and everything else is an excellent idea. I know a lady, quite well, who thought her's were not big enough so, at about your age decided to have bigger ones put in. She had three more operations to reduce the size because of the back pain. The fourth operation put the breasts back to a normal size.

With all of my experience with ladies with breast cancer, boobs just don't matter to me. To be honest, my thoughts aren't that high.

I do have a question. You advertise about being French; but, one of your reviews referred to you as First Nations. What Indian Tribe do you call family, or are you really French?

My doctor determined the size of my boobs based on my body size too. However, I had a baby a year later and the damn things only got bigger! Lol. Had it been my money, I probably would not have these bad boys today lol. But back then, I couldn't refuse such a nice gift.

I think you look great as is Lady! But you won't know if any of what we are telling you is true until you do it, so go for it!! Whatever makes you happy.

For the lady I know, the same husband paid for all four operations. To this day, I still don't know what he spent. I didn't ask.
