Fake ads
The pictures of the girls are NOT of anyone working. I have never answered any of the ads, but I have lived in communities with numerous Asian providers. Pics of actresses and porn stars is the norm.
BackPage (BP) gets flooded with ads because BP made posting is free after Mastercard/Visa dropped them.
You now have to pay in bitcoins which is rather difficult. So BP made it free, except to repeat the ad you need to pay for the convenience.
But if you are willing to work hard posting ads (copying and pasting and submitting) - and reposting daily, you can do it without paying.
You see the ad, call for outcall, and the woman who shows up will look like the grandmother of the girl you saw in the ad.
Do not even bother ...
