I'm tired of being told or seeing "I'm in the Galleria area." only to end up being given an address that is out on Beltway 8 and Westheimer or all the way down by Greenway Plaza. BIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIG difference between those areas. Or "I'm on the NW side." and then end up finding out they are in Katy.
