Default New Registration Question

I know someone trying to get their account confirmed. She still hadn't received a confirmation email. How long does it take and are there any issues between Eccie emails and mail.com domain addresses?

I'm not familiar with mail.com but some email providers block eccie.net so that's probably why.

Have her contact websupport@eccie.net and someone will assist her.

mail.com is one of the domains that cause ECCIE emails problems (like aol.com and yahoo.com) As Spice says, the websupport team can assist her.
