Default 503 Errors

Am I the only one getting a bunch of 503 errors on mostly new posts?

Here's the error:
503 Service Unavailable

The server is temporarily busy, try again later! Powered By LiteSpeed Web Server
LiteSpeed Technologies is not responsible for administration and contents of this web site!

Typically this error is cause by the server process running out of threads to process all the requests. It appears ECCIE is getting slammed and might need to invest in more hardware soon.

Try this.

After going round and round with our server technicians and our server software support...I believe I have narrowed this down to a simple fix on your browser.

You need to Clear ALL browsing data.

We constantly make upgrades to ECCIE and if an upgrade was made and you don't clear this stuff frequently, then you will encounter errors from time to time when visiting the site.

This should solve the problem.

Actually, clearing the browser data is not needed. The problem is fixed by just logging out of ECCIE and then logging in again. The logout process clears only the ECCIE data, so cookies from other site survive.

Thanks for the information that let me know it was a browser issue. It's strange that bad browser data would cause a server 503 and not a 404.
