I would be very careful, a few yeas back there was the exact type of ad posted and she said she would only visit you at your home.

Upon arrival, she had her phone recording and would request her gift and once she received it she would say something along the lines of ....

"Thank you so much for this gift, I can't stay right now, but I'll swing by again a little later"

Then when you, the client, would make a fuss, she would say that everything is being recorded.

Of course, regardless of her being a scam artist, you still can't put your hands on her or forcefully take your money back and since this is happening at your house, she/they know most men can't afford the scene that she is willing to cause.
