There should be a rule that if a provider does this 3 times in 1 year she gets banned from the board.. Too many providers out there for shit like this to happen. I get everyone has emergencies every once in a while and needs to cancel, but to just not answer your phone is complete bullshit.

At bare minimum, she shouldn't be allowed to respond to EVERY ISO if her TCB sucks

WELL in theory this may sound like the prudent thing to do. There are incidences that actually are dangerous on both sides, the provider and the hobbyist. All you do when you ban someone like this is force them to create a new handle and it's business as usual. We don't know who they are until they act up or someone recognizes the pics or behavior.
