I don't have NM's insight, but, a few have helped me out whenever I visit.
So, my take: Looking closer at each of the Pics indicates multiple different ladies (At least 3, if not 4)
The E-Monkey link by 711 indicates the lady should be Hispanic.

So, Bait n' Switch or Scammer is my guess.
