Anyone else been banned by ourhome2? MY IP address kept being banned. I informed them and got access back. This happened may times. Now I cannot log in to complain. Any thoughts? Not sure why I was banned in the first place. Never given an explanation.

I've been banned from oh2 many times also.

Clear your cookies and such. Maybe try a different browser or device.

They have an automated bot that randomly gives the "The administrators have banned your IP address." to X number of people trying to log on every hour. It's more likely that they don't have the bandwidth during peak times to accommodate all of the log in attempts.

The above quoted message and the "under constant DDOS attack" are the greatest urban myths of all time.

But that's what happens when you don't update your BB OS software since, like, the 1990's...

Just sayin'.

If you are using a VPN. Try a different node. That has been an issue in the past.

Do they automatically ban VPN Ips? I have never used their service or even logged in before yet my IP is banned, but I am using a VPN.

I have tried to report that to the administrator, to no avail! Now, I'm locked out of my account and no one has responded to me. It's been about a week now? Does anyone know the correct email addy, so I can gain access back into my account? Thanks a bunch, in advance!

...in Houston that has been tryng to recover her account since 2019! Six years and no joy.... why do providers keep going to that outdated, dangerous platform?

P.S.: The above provider is doing fine due to P411, TER, and Tryst....
