Not gonna white knight this one, cause I have had this type of thing happen to me over and over with them and it has pissed me off each time. But I have been successful many time. It was probably like that due to some recent events where they have to be extremely cautious. It’s up to you to determine if you want to continue to deal with that or cut it off.
