I have often wondered about this too. American escorts are more expensive, often skanky, and could result in legal repercussions for the consumer of their services. I uber to the border and walk across the bridge, do the deed, spend time with friends over there eat those bomb ass tacos across the street, and uber back to the bridge and pay the fee to cross. I forgot how many pesos. FYI sometimes those machines are slow AF, so get pesos before you hit the bridge.
