Unexpectedly ran into someone outside the hobby

Hey everyone . A humorous thing happened recently to me, I was visiting a friend in the hospital, and unexpectedly ran into a previous provider friend that I have seen many times. She recently retired and was in the hospital at the same time as me. We were both very cool about things and pretended not to know each other, but I caught her eye when no one was looking and she had a huge smile on her face ! She looked great and civilian life is obviously being kind to her. It got me remembering all the great times we had and I got a huge hard-on walking back to my truck after the visit.

I thought it might be fun if others would like to share their experiences with unexpectedly running into someone outside the hobby .

Supermarket good handful of times, diff gals. One time was one of my favs and we played crash cart shopping after we each figured out each of us was solo.
Starbucks a couple times diff gals.
Bar hopping a few times, dif gals. One time she texted me even though sitting 4 chairs away and she had her pro date with her. She was bored.
Hotel elevators a couple times, dif gals.
Hotel lobbies a few times.

The rule is polite ignore unless the gal initiates. And btw, she won't if you're with someone.

More like unexpectedly running into people inside the hobby. I've only had two instances. One instance was at a local McDonald's and she was with her kids and I just let it be. The other funnier instance was at Fitzgeralds casino in Tunica Mississippi at the craps table and although I didn't know the chick I realized she was an escort with her sugar daddy. Sugar daddy wanted to throw some bones and the female escort seemed like she was in a hurry from what I could detect from her speech, as in she wanted to go back up to the room to take care of business and head out the door ASAP. Sugar daddy and his bitch were on one side of the table, everybody else (guys) were on the opposite side of the craps table and we could all read the situation perfectly including the dealers and we all knew she was an escort working. I kinda felt bad for the sugar daddy as in he chose the wrong girl for the evening.

Kinda similar. I saw a provider that I been trying to connect with but never actually connected with walking in Kroger one time. I wanted to stop her and tell her to act right but she was with some guys so I figured maybe it's good we never connected.

Never have run into an escort outside of the hobby. Well, there is one I see around from time to time, and we always speak, but she is a girl of the streets and I have never dated her.

Ran into 2 or 3 providers in public. Once was many years ago at a small local concert. I was with someone and she was alone and we just smiled real big as we passed each other in the beer line. Another time was a school function.. her kids went to the same school and we saw each other (different provider) and we kept looking at each other a few times during the assembly and later we had a great laugh about as we were getting naked...

Yes. Ran it with this provider 2-3 times. Gym, Starbucks, and restaurant. Didn’t say anything. Did any of guys see Paris?

Three times many years ago . . . first instance saw a provider at a park, acknowledged each other with glances but no conversation. Same with the second, saw at a music event. Then the second's sister, who I had visited with, saw her at a work location.

Two others slightly different . . . met a provider and she recognized me from a group we both belonged to. On another occasion, met a provider and figured out I'd met her at her work a couple years earlier.

This is sort of in line. I took a gal out in Florida one time and later we were talking about great places to eat and I mentioned a pretty expensive place I had reservations for the next night. So the next night, guess who was in the lobby waiting for me as I walked in alone? We had a great dinner and more fun back at my hotel. I told her I was going to pay her and she insisted on no money, I finally slipped a few bills in her purse while she was in the shower.

Surprisingly, don't have any funny stories but I run into people all the time because I cosplay and go to cons. But most of the time they're too petrified to interact with me. Unless it's been explicitly talked about in the past, I let them approach me to see how I interact with them.

It's not hard to pretend like we're strangers or that we met in some other capacity.
