GMAN44 and ECCIE Policies Issues.
I get more infractions. Here is the emails. between me and Gman
#9 - No form of private communications between members are to be posted in our forums. This includes the contents of emails, PMs, IMs, private chat logs, privately shared images, etc. This is an invasion of another's privacy and will not be allowed.
His response is He knows what the policy is, I have to follow the rules. so I get infactions for referencing non-illegal drug use and provide the definition from the FDA and Oxford yet no infractions for referencing it in my review plus policy allows for references to felonious activities.
Obviously is it unacceptable to reference legal activities because certain people can't read between the lines with what is illegal vs. legal and certain felonious activies are perfectly fine to reference.
if Gman or Dr EPG want give me grief, fine, I am not attacking them , just making it public the issues regarding what is allowed vs what is not allowed vs what is approved in regards to legal activities (no problem with authorities but banned per a policy) vs illegal activities being allowed (big problem with authorities but allowed per policy). This goes back to another post I had listed regarding denial of credit because I was trying to write reviews that would not be misconstrued as illegal. LIke I have stated in another issue with Dr. EPG, I am not hiding behind emails i will put it out there for all to see and debate. This kind of mentality is what is providing intel to certain groups who then use it go shut spas like Tao, Paradise, Yu Spa, Morris, etc.

Rethink the policies, what really should be allowed, how credit is given, and how to guard against the information to be construed in a way the authorities can shut down the places or there will be nothing left and no reason for ECCIE to exist. Look at what has happened since Covid. Read what those reports are saying, think about what has happened and top with petty crap. Think about how tactics can change too. Remember what happened in Waco and what happened to Robert Kraft.
You guys keep this in mind.

Dude, there are no rules on this site, there are only guidelines, which are interpreted.

The second link is probably most on point with the theme contained in the last several paragraphs of the OP’s post. It specifically references reviews as part of the evidence they cited as reasons to shut down the Houston spas. They don’t specify sites, so unfortunately there is no way to determine from what has been posted if Eccie is a source. There aren’t that many review sites, though, and Eccie is one of the most prominent so you would think this one would be one they would check.

OP,
You've totally misstated all issues.
This is a privately owned board, and the guidelines that apply are those of the owners.
It is this simple.

I disagree, it is not simple.
This may be a privately owned board but not only can any person in the public be a member of, but also anyone, including providers creating a male handle in a public place, can pay for PA. And that is the same exact access that the mods have strict rules they have to follow for approving reviews in order for those that do not pay cash to obtain that access.
The guidelines were written when St. Chris owned the board and not a word of those guidelines has changed since the current owners have the site now. Then again, maybe the current owners have the exact same thoughts for guidelines as St. Chris. There have been a few stickies added to the top of forums that really do not have much bearing on the entire membership as a whole, so the only things that have been done during that time that I can recall that effects the regular members is the provider ad, iso and ww forums have been deleted on all city forums, the rates line has been deleted from reviews but can be posted in the review, you cannot post pictures in the reviews anymore and I think the signature guideline has changed for providers.

Gentlemen ECCIE is a privately owned site that all participating members have joined in the process you all have agreed to the terms of ECCIE, when you sign in daily you are also agreeing to these terms, included in these terms is agreeing to the posted ECCIE guidelines
https://www.eccie.net/announcement.php?f=5
When these terms are broken there are repercussions ie warnings and infractions. ECCIE is not blocking your freedom to voice your opinion or restricting what or how you say anything. However you are responsible for what you say and if what you say are against the posted guidelines then the staff will take action this is no different than going to the airport and yelling “I have a bomb” no one is stopping you from saying anything but as I stated earlier you are responsible for those words. You can take your freedom of speech links and BS content to court and the federal government will still fine you and in that case put you in jail for causing a disruption of service. Sir unfortunately your argument holds no water and we have asked you to follow the guidelines or the staff will take action. While some members feel these rules are arbitrary and interpreted differently by the staff you will find that’s a fallacy and those members just like to complain.
In closing if you are not happy with your experience on ECCIE please feel free to contact me or Gman and we will help you close your account so you can move onto a site better suited for your posting style.
Have a great day
The Dr

I’ve actually found a way to circumvent the T&Cs so guess I’m in the clear.

So sending a PM is forbidden? It's seems like a way to respond to a post without publishing the response to the entire board. Like "check out this AMP because...."

What makes you think that, or did you mean to ask, “so is sending a PM forbidden?”
I didn’t see any statement made in dr-epg’s post indicating issues with privately sharing information.
