I've had the same experience as you - Zaza has been nothing but great each time I have seen her. But obviously YMMV always applies (and we also know most women are BSC)

I've reached out to her at least 6-7 times. Always sick, out of town, fully booked, away for today etc. I guess I'll keep trying but seems impossible to schedule.

On the bright side at least she responds....
