Obvious promoter post, but the org is a chinese hoe-tel and has been posting ads on RR and backpage. I visited all the hoe-tels a while back and posted a writeup on them:

Usually the Asian ads fall into 2 camps: scams and hoetels. The scams are easy to tell after a few messages (they demand deposit or payment in bitcoin, are often linked to telegram), whereas the hoetels are apparent too because they’ll tell you the location of the hoetels within a few messages.
The hoetel bookers know all the different hoetel locations and will offer you a choice of town, and from what I’ve gathered the locations are as follows: Ft Worth, Irving (2 hoetels), Arlington, Frisco (2 hoetels), Richardson (2 hoetels, one of which is a c-org agency), Addison (another c-org agency). All hoetels will engage in bait and switch and you’ll never get the girl shown in the pictures (though the exceptions will be if you’re sent Japanese or Thai girl pics from an agency locations as those tend to be accurate). Agencies will also tend to have prettier girls, whereas the girls at the non-agency hoetels swing wildly in quality, I’ve seen some decent women but also some ugly grannies at them. The bookers will do everything in their power to get you to show up, promising BBFS, PSE, anal, and everything under the sun, but whether the woman in question is actually open to those activities is a mystery until you show up and negotiate with her in person. I have found that at the agency locations the girls will universally reject and tell you that the booker lied, but at the non-agency locations a few will agree to do BBFS for an upcharge, so it really is like buying a lottery ticket when reaching out to these ads.
