I used to have an affair/date an escort who married and and the husband didn't know about her side career. They had a dysfunctional marriage and were still together just for the kids sake. Having had relationships with one or two providers, I wouldn't suggest lying about it. It is insulting ones intelligence. Your best bet is an "open" relationship based on friendship first. And good luck finding someone secure enough to deal.
