No negotiation. My buddy, John Michael Johnson, said a vote on a settlement of the subsidies won’t happen in the house. So there’s no need to reopen the govt until the entire piece of legislation is completed and passed out of the senate. A CR that doesn’t address those issues would serve no purpose and the govt would close again in 7 weeks.

He may have forgotten to shed a tear for the currently staving citizens of this country, as well as the citizens, aka interlopers, but you can still call them illegal aliens, from ~160 other countries.
