We might get some feedback but highly unlikely it will provide any real insight-probably the 'life happens" excuse will be the one fired out there. Most (not all) do not have much structure in their daily routine. Most (not all) do not understand nor do they care about the fact that the customer who is in the end supporting them has commitments be it business or family whatever the case may be they do not have an unlimited window of opportunity. As previously stated the ones who communicate effectively are the same ones who also provide good service and are in the end more successful.
