The voters of the city of Arlington gave millions to Jerry Jones to help build his stadium. I have not seen any great amount of economic development because of the addition of the new Stadium. The voters will not see their money back and Jerry is laughing all the way to the bank. The pro players all whine and complain about only being able to play an average of 4 years. So during this 4 years about half of the players make millions. And even the other 50% make better than 98% of the general population. Just because a pro football player cant play his chosen sport does that mean he is supposed to retire and do nothing? Let them first find a job with a skill or training for something besides football and I think these jerk millionaires would stop crying.

And for those reasons and more I prefer college football!

How about all that economic development The Rangers promised when they bamboozled the voters of Arlington?
They both have very large sleeves out of necessity.

SMU is OK. Not the best college football in the Metroplex by any stretch.

i've very much enjoyed learning more and more about football - as I have family that plays.

I tend to get a little aggressive and loud cheering or yelling or - creatively speaking at choice persons on the field - at football and hockey games.

even though I don't know many rules on either.

"Kick some ass" comes out of my mouth a lot.

so does,

"HELL YEAH - THAT'S WHAT I'M TALKIN BOUT!"

Basketball is easy for me to understand - because I played it. I only played PowderPuff once - and I broke the rules with one of my other girlfriends -so we could go tackle the preppy, most popular, stuck up senior. It was totally worth every minute of detention.
